Local Weather Forecast

Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 6:31am by

Tuesday: Partly cloudy in the morning then becoming mostly sunny with a high of 57 degrees. Northwest wind at 5-10 mph.

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear with a low of 37 degrees. North wind at 5 mph becoming east winds after midnight.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny in the morning then becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon with a high of 64 degrees. Southwest wind at 5 mph.

Discussion: The weak disturbance that went through our area and gave us rain yesterday has pushed off towards the east coast. A high pressure system is continuing to build behind it bringing with it clearer skies and a warming trend. Temperatures should stay in the middle to upper 60s during the day and middle 40s for nighttime lows.  We should continue to see clear skies for the rest of the week until Saturday evening, when another cold front is expected to impact us once again.
