Monday: Partly Cloudy, high of 96 and north winds at 5-10 mph.

Monday Night: Partly to mostly cloudy, 20% chance of rain after midnight, low of 76 and north winds at 5-10 mph.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with a 40% chance of rain, high of 95 and north winds at 10-20 mph.

All eyes are on Hurricane Gustav as it makes its way through the Gulf of Mexico towards the gulf coast.  Gustav is currently at Category 3, however it reached Category 4 on Saturday with winds up to 145 mph.  With an upper-level ridge in place over the eastern United States, the hurricane is forecasted to make landfall along the central to eastern Louisiana coastline by Monday evening and then slowly steer west and northwest into east Texas.  The heaviest rainfall will be well to our east, however rain chances are in the forecast for College Station beginning overnight Monday, early Tuesday morning.  Because the forecasted track of Gustav is uncertain after its entry into Texas and because of the slow movement, flooding could be a factor in parts of east Texas.
