Local Weather Forecast

Friday, October 17, 2008 at 4:32pm by Brad Reinhart

Friday night: Decreasing clouds, then mostly clear skies with a low of 57.  N winds around 5 mph.

Saturday: Sunny skies with a high near 81.  N winds 5-10 mph.

Saturday night: Clear skies with a low of 55.  NE winds around 5 mph.

Cloud cover is still lingering over the Brazos Valley from the cold front that moved through yesterday.  However, the skies will gradually clear this afternoon and evening, allowing tonight’s temperatures to drop into the 50s.  This weekend should be very pleasant with clear skies and more seasonal temperatures.  Expect highs in the low 80s and lows in the upper 50s for the next several days.  Our next chance for rain looks to be the middle of next week as another cold front approaches SE Texas.
