Discussion: Much needed rainfall is expected to help out drought conditions across the Brazos Valley this weekend! Due to a strong low pressure system moving across Oklahoma, moisture is in ample supply. A cold front attached to the low is expected to move across Texas and into the area, causing the showers and thunderstorms. There is a slight risk for severe weather tonight into tomorrow as well. After the front passes, a small chance for rain will linger into the weekend. Temperatures will start to feel a little more like winter, though, with highs in the 60s and lows into the lower 40s for the next few days!
