We always welcome new volunteers to Texas A&M Weather Broadcasting.  We accept applications for the following positions:

Lead Forecaster
The Lead Forecaster is responsible for managing the shift, creating a forecast for the Bryan-College Station area, and writing a forecast discussion.  The Lead Forecaster must have completed ATMO 201, 203 & 251.

On-Air Announcer
The On-Air Announcer uses the forecast from the Lead Forecaster to create 30-second sound bytes.  Everyone is welcome to audition, however meteorology majors receive priority in shift selections.
